Refund Policy

Returns
Please e-mail info@samanthapleet.com to initiate a return and please include your order number and the item you are returning. Returns are accepted for any unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Original hangtags and labels must be included. Full priced items or full priced with a discount code can be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund. Sale or marked down items can be returned for exchange or store credit. There is a $7 restock fee as well as the cost of the return label for all returns. The restock fee and return label cost is waived for full priced items returned for exchange or store credit. We provide return labels for domestic packages and the cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Shipping for international returns must be arranged by the customer, please send to the below address. Domestic customers who wish to arrange their own return shipping, please send the the below address.

Pre Orders and Special Order Items

We do offer pre orders for in-demand items and these are specially made to order, so we can only offer store credit for a canceled pre-order.
We do also entertain special requests for custom pieces based on silhouettes and fabrics from our archives. E-mail info@samanthapleet.com if you have a project in mind and we will let you know what is possible based on fabric availability. Typical lead time would be 8-12 weeks for custom items. Custom orders require 100% payment up front and can not be canceled once they are put into production.
